Remembering Lou Macias


Luis Entered into rest December 22, 2011 in Sacramento, CA. Beloved husband of the late Adelina Macias. Loving father of Ramona Van Sickle (Cliff), Steven Macias (Rosemary), Carolyn Winn (Jerry), Corine Orozco (Dennis), Rose Salandez (Anthony) & Chris Macias (Corinna). Dear brother of Tony Macias (Ida), Frances Trujillo (Nelson), Ignacio Macias, Eloy Macias (Belinda) & Nena Barrajas). Devoted grandfather of Yvette (Troy), Daniellia (Jeremy), Gabriela, Dennis, Jr. (Athena), Andrea, Angelina, Steven, Erika (Taylor), Vanessa, Aurelia, Christina, Cassandra & Carissa & great-grandfather of Kayla, Tyra, Ezekiel and Joseph (Coyote). Preceded in death by his daughter, Ruth Macias & his brother, Joe Macias. Dad started in the jewelry business with Werner's Jewelry on 15th & I in Sacramento. He and Adelina opened their own family business, Crest Jewelers, in West Sacramento 45 years ago. He was a proud member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge #1762 of West Sacramento. Recitation of the Rosary will be held Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sac. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday, December 30, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1321 Anna St., West Sac. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Sacramento, CA. Remembering Red Richardson


Long time member Red Richardson passed away in November 2011. The above photo was taken with his old friend Gene Evenson at the Sweetheart Crab Feed in February of 2011. Hope they are sharing a cold beer in heaven!
