Congratulations to Richard Huber



Congratulations to Richard Huber for been named Moose Legionnaire of the Year for the California/Nevada Moose Association, 2009/2010. Rich served as Governor of the West Sacramento Lodge in 1992-1993 and has continued to serve as a District Officer over the years.

including a very special gift for Heidi Paterson. Susan Muir, Bette Lake's daughter,
presented Heidi her mother's College of Regents gown.

Moose Members Honored


Deborah Johnson (2008 International Co-worker of the Year) Carter "Boe" Sanders
(2008 Rookie of the Year) and Theresa Lara (2008 Novice Co-worker of the Year)
were honored for their contributions to our Chapter, Lodge and Community at the
celebration dinner on November 1.

Betty Lake presented Sally Tackett with her 25 year
membership pin.

Jim Tackett announced that Charlie Ellis was selected as the
Moose Legionnaire of the Year in recognition of his contributions
to the Lodge and Community.

Palm Springs for Teri's Green Cap Conferral


Jan Fruglia congratulates Teri on her Green Cap.


Teri Ganz was awarded her Green Cap last weekend at the California/Nevada
Regional Conference in Palm Springs. Many members of our chapter were in
attendance to see Teri "Capped" by College of Regent Mauda Butte.

Chris Sheen Receives Nurses Scholarship


West Sacramento Women of the Moose Senior Regent Francine McCray presented Chris Sheen with a check to help with her nursing education at the chapter meeting last week.
