This photo of Sally and Jim was shot a few years ago..doing what she
loved most, holding Jim's hand, camping, cooking and socializing with her Moosehopper Camper Club friends.  The photo below was a Moosehopper gathering  in Los Molinos that year, and sadly quite a few of their members have now passed on.

Sally Tackett, you were my Sister-in-Law, you were as close to me as a real sister could be. You married my brother when you were 16, and somehow we just clicked and were very close until I moved to Seattle.

We renewed our bond when Denny, and I went on several RV trips to Arizona, with you, and brother in the last several years. We will remember all the laughs and good times we had for 3 months out of the year.

Denny, and I got married Feb.14th 2012 after 33 years of being together, with you and brother standing up for us in Pahrump Nevada. You made that such a special day for us.

Denny and I will always remember you on our anniversary as you made that happen for us. You made sure Denny, didn't back out at the last minute. LOL

You were a person who never let a Birthday, Anniversary, or any special day go by without sending that someone special a card.

You always celebrated every holiday with cards and good food. You were a very special lady. You loved sending cards, and you loved to bake cookies. You loved to give them to everyone you cared about.

Denny, and I were two of the people who were very lucky to receive these wonderful gifts from you. Thank you so much for being so generous to us!

Denny, and I will miss you so much, especially on holidays and when we eat a peanut butter cookie, as you made the best we have ever eaten! (I loved those cookies even when I was a teenager living in Sacramento.)

We send you our final farewell with your standard comment of:
"I LOVE YOU MORE"

Goldie and Denny
