Remembering Bob Myrick

Brace "Bob" Myrick. Thirty days ago on Friday evening, December 30, 2011, Bob passed away at home at age 65. He was born on September 8, 1946 in Sacramento, CA. He was one of twin boys born to Hank and Barbara Myrick. He was married to Carol Myrick for 20 years. He graduated from Hiram Johnson. He became a Mechanical Technician for Hertz Penske Trucking in 1975, and retired in 2008 after 33 years of service. He was a loyal member of the Teamsters Union 150 for 41 years, and a member of the Moose Lodge 1762. He will be remembered as a man who enjoyed playing pool, fishing, pheasant hunting, golfing, and as a coach for Washington Little League and Washington Softball League. He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memories are his children Robert Myrick and Mary Hernandez, Michelle Somkopoulos and husband Speros, Shari Dotson and husband Denny; his twin brother William Myrick and wife Janice, his sister Dixie Vereschegan and husband Pete; his grandchildren Celia Almerez, Morgan Almerez, Joshua Myrick, Deanna Hernandez, Tristen Dotson, as well as many other family members.
